We Go Together
There’s an old African proverb that says, “If you want to go quickly, go alone; if you want to go far, go together.” We know that we are being sent by you, being prayed for by you, and being encouraged by you. It makes us excited to sense that we are planning on going far with God because we are going together with you. We are anxiously waiting to see what God is going to do, as we reach the children and youth of Nicaragua together for God’s glory.
Pictured above with us are two of our fellow missionary friends, Brad & Shelly Foltz, missionaries to Honduras. The four of us go together with 119 other new missionary candidates that were commissioned in August to 51 different countries around the world. At our commissioning service, World Missions Director, John Bueno spoke these words, “God’s power is still evident in the hour in which we live as much as it ever was. We have a supernatural God who works in every country of the world. His intention is to reach everyone everywhere because this is His supernatural power.” This powerful statement reminds us that there is much work to be done and His Spirit is still drawing people to Him.
